On the Design of Cleveland's Public Square

Public Square is Designed Poorly

I agree with Cleveland Major Frank Jackson: Keep the buses out of Public Square.

The renovation plan was flawed to begin with. Now we have two rectangular Public Square divided by a four-lane bus route.

The design should have been a roundabout, the sort that many cities in Europe use. They could have rounded the corners to help the flow of traffic including buses. And there should have been more grass.
